These services include evaluation of companies or specific programs within an organization, RFP processes, strategic planning, database management, customer and merchandising analytics and customer contact strategies, both online and offline. Frances Barry, the founder and principal of Dair Associates, has a bachelor’s degree from University College Cork (Ireland) and two Master’s Degrees in Statistics, from Oxford (England) and Yale. Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Frances was the VP of Marketing for Disney Direct, the catalog/online division of the Walt Disney Company.
