Mr. Moore is a graduate of Drexel University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He has an extensive technical and customer support background with over 30 years of experience in systems development and senior Information Technology management. Prior to joining the KnowledgeBase management team in 1994, Bill managed the information services functions at Baroid and APS. Bill was initially employed with the company as Director of Technology Services, where he guided Marketing Database development efforts for KnowledgeBase. Recently, Bill was promoted to his current solutions architect position in the KnowledgeBase Processing Services organization.
