Vernon is CEO and Founder of LeaseQ, a Competitive Equipment Leasing Quotes Instantly - Connecting Businesses, Dealers & Leasing Companies. LeaseQ’s proprietary comparison shopping and underwriting platform is a cloud based SaaS solution that - for the first time - enables: 1) Businesses looking for equipment financing to find the best leasing plans and rates in less than two minutes; 2) Dealers to get rates instantly so they can close sales while a prospect is still in the dealership; and 3) Leasing Companies to generate instant quotes and more cost effective qualified applications.

Vernon has a 25+year tenure in strategic marketing, business development and organizational change management. His professional responsibilities have extended from the establishment and growth of individual business units to the creation and integration of global customer development and marketing strategies within established business systems and processes. This professional arc culminated in his founding and successful 6-year growth of a multi-channel CRM consulting firm.

Previously, Vernon directed the Customer Development Practice for Lochridge & Company (a Boston Consulting Group spin-off). During his first year there, he created and led the team that identified and delivered over $500 million in business impact to Lochridge clients. Subsequently, Vernon served as CEO at DiaLogos, Inc., founding and growing this highly successful CRM consulting firm from the ground up. For this effort, documenting an average yearly growth of 78% for five consecutive years, he received the "New England Fast 50" Award in 2000 for their profitable achievements.

Vernon also served as Executive Vice President of Strategy for ISKY, Inc., an international marketing services firm based in Maryland, with a third of the business based in the United Kingdom. While there, he restructured and focused accounting, sales and management processes, and created a new product development methodology, still in application today.

The diversity and range of Vernon's experience in effectively building and managing business intelligence, e-Business, database marketing, direct marketing, telemarketing, customer development and strategic marketing firms will directly lend itself to the application of his vision for sustaining the viability and competitive advantage of the Peppers and Rogers Group.

Vernon holds a BA in History from the University of Texas, at Tyler, and is a Graduate Rotary Scholar of Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universitat of Bonn, Germany. Vernon directs the U.S. consulting business for Peppers & Rogers Group from the firm's corporate offices in Norwalk, CT.
