Previously, Dwight has served as Director of Implementation at PlumRiver Technology, where he developed an implementation methodology, managed an outsourced call center, and provided CRM/ERM expertise on PlumRiver's product development team.
Earlier in his career, Dwight worked in iXL's Enterprise Relationship Management Practice (formerly Tessera Enterprise Systems) where he was responsible for building client relationships and assisting clients in developing a clear vision for their CRM/ERM needs.
