Dan has over 19 years of direct marketing and data processing experience with some of the countries top data processing and database companies. Dan has taken his strong and detailed experience in hygiene, database, analytics, data processing and team development to a business development role at Merkle Direct Marketing's Lanham, Maryland office to support existing and new customers in the Catalog and Retail vertical.
He is responsible to grow new and existing accounts and help develop an integrated solution to fit their needs. In his work experience, Dan helped support the marketing efforts of many industries including Catalog, Retail, Financial Services, and Fundraising. He has trained and led many customer service teams in complex processing and database development. Prior to joining Merkle, Dan was Vice President, Sales at KnowledgeBase Marketing with responsibility for both new and existing accounts. He also held the position of Vice President, Customer Service at KnowledgeBase where he worked primarily on integrating new accounts and growing existing accounts within the KnowledgeBase product offerings. Dan started his career at Wiland & Associates/ NeoData/ Centrobe (now known as EDS). He spent 9 years at Wiland focused on client services and developing products to meet the challenges in the marketplace.
A graduate of Liberty University, Dan obtained his degree in Political Science and Business Administration.
