Elissa deBrito is currently President of ParadyszMatera. With over 25 years of experience in Direct Marketing, she has worked on both the mailer and service sides of the industry.

Starting on the mailer side in 1977, Elissa handled circulation for several individual magazine titles including New Times, The Runner and Food & Wine. She went on to work for CBS Publications (now Hachette) managing direct mail and renewals/billing for the Special Interest Group.

Shifting to the service side of the business in 1982, Elissa briefly joined National Demographics & Lifestyles. Here, she facilitated the publishing market’s use of The Lifestyle Selector and assisted in developing the company’s mailer models. From 1983-1988 she worked for Communications Data Services, marketing list rental fulfillment, print, lettershop, merge purge and enhancement services. She spent the next five years at the start-up Infobase Services, helping to spearhead the use of household, individual and multi-sourced enhancement data. After developing another start-up company, The A-List, Elissa joined ParadyszMatera’s New York office in 1995.

Amy joins Merkle with 18 years of experience working with and serving many of the largest direct marketers in a variety of industries. At Merkle, Amy is a Senior Director focused on developing business within Merkle’s key industry segments, including Financial Services and Insurance.

Prior to Merkle, Amy spent seven years at Doubleclick/Abacus in the role of Associate Vice President. As Assistant Vice President, Amy led the Data Enhancement division and was responsible for the overall sales performance and day-to-day management of all non-catalog business.

Prior to Doubleclick/Abacus, Amy was a Group Manager for The Polk Company where she managed a team focused on developing the top financial services clients across the United States. Amy spent seven years with Polk/NDL. Before beginning her professional career, Amy earned a Bachelors of Business Administration from Roanoke College.
